The UPS guy was my favorite person today!
I ordered my new camera (the Nikon D800) about 3 months ago, but I’ve been waiting patiently (or not so patiently) while it was still on back order.
I was ecstatic when I got the email that it had shipped last week, but would I get it in time for my photo shoot Tuesday???
I was anxious all day wondering if I’d have enough time to charge the battery, or if I’d even know how to figure out all the settings? Well, I was in luck because the UPS guy pulled up around noon! So I shot pictures of my kids and started pouring over the manual all afternoon.
I brought along my back-up camera to this shoot still…just in case. BUT I didn’t have to use it because my D800 is amazing! I was so happy with these pictures!
This is another one of those families that is so dear to me. We’ve been friends ever since we moved to Caldwell about 8 years ago. They are generous, kind, and…hilarious.
I love them and was so honored to take their family portraits!
